Q.What does wholesale mean?  

A. That means that wholesaleteez.com only sells products and services to qualified customers. These customers must be businesses in the graphics, print, marketing, apparel or advertising industries. Our customers are required to have a resell liscense in the state they do business in.  


Q. So can I buy shirts for my softball team? 

A. No.  


Q. How long does it take for an order to be shipped and arrive? 

A. We offer two shipping options. Standard shipping which ships from our facility in 5-7 days. Rush shipping ships from our facility in 2-4 days. Transit time can vary from 1-5 days. If you need faster production please contact us before placing your order.

Q. My account was rejected, why 

A. Will reject account requests that are made from individuals or business that do not qualify to resell our products, please refer to question 1.  


Q. But I am a graphic designer and I sell this stuff? 

A. Give us a call and we can verify if you qualify for an account.  


Q. Can I place my order over the phone? 

A. Some complex orders can be placed over the phone, however orders that can be placed on our website will need to be placed online. A small fee may be assed for placing orders over the phone. 


Q. Do you accept purchase orders? 

A. No, payment must be made through our website, and received before we ship or print any product.  


Q. Will I receive a proof before my order is printed? 

A. No, as a wholesale customer you will need to upload print ready artwork. You may use our online design tool to create your own proof.  


Q. Can you tell me if my artwork is suitable for printing? 

A. Yes, simply use our submit request form and upload the artwork in question.  


Q. Can you fix my artwork if it is not good for printing? 

A. No. You are required to upload print ready art. 


Q. Can I change my order once it has been placed online? 

A. No. Due to our workflow and processes changing a order after it is placed can be very problematic. Orders can be canceled and replaced with no extra charges if done within 24 hours or before proofs are sent out.  


Q. Can I cancel my order placed online? 

A. Yes, order can be canceled at no cost within 24 hours. After that time a Minimum charge of $10.00 will apply. This is beacuse by that time our designers have prepared files for print.  


Q. My order was canceled, Why? 

A. Orders will be canceled if the artwork is not suitable for printing or the products were ordered incorrectly. The most common reason for an order cancelation is when a multiple color image is needed but only a single ink color is selected.
